BAIR PRODUCTS, INC. hereby warrants any new parts sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service. It is expressly understood that Bair Products, Inc. does not assume any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale including damages arising out of a breach of warranty. If the part is deemed as a
manufacturing defective part by Bair Products, Inc. within 3 months of the purchase date, the Buyer’s sole remedy and the sole liability of Bair Products, Inc. arising out of this transaction shall be replacement without charge and the defective item shall be returned within (7) Days. Parts installed after 3 months from the purchase date may or may not receive full or partial credit towards a replacement part, only if the transaction is deemed warrantable by Bair Products, Inc. This warranty and
obligation of Bair Products, Inc. contained herein is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, and of any other obligations or liability on the part of Bair Products, Inc. Any action of breach of warranty arising out of this transaction must be commenced within six months after the court of action accrues.

Bair Products is not
responsible and does not warranty wheels due to improper installation of parts
such as but not limited to, bearings and races, adjustment for lack of grease
or maintenance of bearings which may cause bearing failure to the wheel or
roller frame or if the above methods are used and bearing failure may still
occur. End user must adhere to the installation directions provided by or can
be obtain by Bair Products and is available on the website.
WHEEL WARRANTY - If wheel
failure occurs due to manufacturing defects, the customer must ship at their
expense the failed wheel, bearings and races to Bair Products, Inc. for review.
Include the name of the company the wheel was purchased from, contact number and
a copy of the invoice. Bair Products will review the damage and determine if
the cause of failure is due to a manufacturing defect. Bair Products is not responsible for any type
of wheel damage or failure due to bearing failure, improper installations or
apparent damage to the wheel by continuous use with failed bearings still
installed or extreme usage not recommended by the machine’s specifications or
any other causes.
